I HAVE A QUESTION FOR YOU

Lorrell Walker
Posted

Hello everyone. I'm new to this forum but I am looking forward to learning as much as I can from everyone. I am new to the world of real estate investing. I have some knowledge but definitely need more. My focus on creating WEALTH is beginning by buying a 4 unit property where I will reside and have income from rentals. That is my starting point. My goals expand from there but one step at a time. I am looking to invest in DC. Are there anyone out there willing to send some advice my way. Thanks in advance.

@Lorrell Walker welcome to BP. An excellent agent to work with in the DC area is @Russell Brazil. He is a very active poster here. You may want to follow his posts.
