Hello everyone! My name is James Guillot from Temple, TX. I am currently an NCO in the Army and I am getting the ball rolling on something that finally feels right. I plan on getting out in the next three years and pursuing REI full time.

I have no prior experience in Real Estate or any other aspect of REI at the moment, but I am learning more every day and I plan on becoming very comfortable in most aspects. I wanted to get my face out there early in the hopes of gaining some knowledge through networking. I have already learned so much. I spend most of my time educating myself through forums, videos and books.
