Hello BP community!

I'm new to Bigger Pockets and enjoying the great material and resources that is available here. I've been thinking about buying a real estate investment property in Fresno, CA or the surrounding areas. I'm looking into house-hacking a triplex or quadplex. What are some good resources/ tips for new real estate investors on how to analyze a good multifamily deal? Are there any real estate investment agents you'd recommend? Real estate meet-up groups or opportunities to network with REI?
