Introduction Post - New Here and to RE Investing

Hello, My name is John-David and I am a new member to this community. I started researching Real Estate Investing about a year ago with a long-term vision of building a Portfolio of Single/Multi-Family Rentals. 

This time last year I was simply looking for a way to improve my personal Credit after years of not actively seeking the information to manage my personal Finances Properly. When I very quickly began to understand that Credit is a Tool and Leverage to building wealth, everything changed. (One of those "Ah-hah" moments.) 

I am currently Building my Credit History in preparation for the unfolding of my long-term Vision and have recently been doing more Research about Wholesaling as a way to be actively involved in Real Estate while building Credit and Capitol.

Thank you for the opportunity to be a part of this Community and the accessibility of this platform. I look forward to Networking and Continuing to Learn. I am currently looking to connect with Real Estate Brokers, Hard Money Lenders, and Contractors.
