New member from Kona, HI moving to northern South Carolina

Hello everyone!

I started listening to the BP podcast a couple months ago and decided to jump on the website to start to network with others.

I’m currently finishing up a spec house in Hawaii but will be relocating to northern South Carolina early 2021.

Is anyone located in or around that area? I’m interested in learning more about the potential to flip houses once we get settled in.

@Loris Metzinger welcome to bp. How’s Hawaii? What are you wanting to get into in sc. it says Easley sc. is that were ur going to move to? I live in piedmont which is about 10 mins away. Hope it’s a good transition.
