Where to start??????
Hi everyone. I’m a 23 year old living in SO CAL. currently I am looking for a job most likely in property management until I can save up enough money to invest. I am wondering how much I need saved up to get a cash flow property and how to find properties that are worth investing in? Also what are some good books to read to get started? Where is a good place to start please let me know!!!!!!!
