Hello Everyone, I wanted to take a few minutes to introduce myself to the BP forums. 

I recently relocated back to the Kansas City Metro after college and military obligations. Its great to be back home again. Wow, has this place blown up over the last several years or what? The speed of suburban sprawl has surprised me. 

I've always had a passion for home service business and entrepreneurship. I have little to no exposure to real estate outside of my primary home. I'm extremely interested in real estate investing, specifically single and multi family units. I plan to begin investing within the next 18 to 24 months. Currently, I'm looking to networking with others in the local area and learn.

I've lived all over the KC Metro. I've also been in property management for almost 3 years on both sides of the state line from Overland Park to KCK to Liberty. So if you ever have any questions I'd love to help!

Hey nice to meet you and welcome back! The city is growing for sure, there are a few meetups and FB groups that are all local and all about real estate. I would be happy to share some of the many groups that I'm aware of. Most groups have gone virtual since the virus but are still meeting. I can think of 3 off the top of my head the Bridge group which meets on the 1st Tuesday of every month I believe, Winvestors, MAREI all meet via zoom. My office is in Blue Springs but I work all over. I'd be happy to connect, if you need any help or have any questions feel free to reach out. I love talking real estate!
