Hi! I am an out of state investor, currently living in Minneapolis, very interested in connecting with individuals active in the Columbus, OH market. I am fairly new to the investing game, with only about a year under my belt. I am currently searching for value add properties ranging from SFR to small 2-4 door multifamily properties. I have heard great things about the Columbus market, but more specifically, the community of investors there. I am in the initial stages of finding the right neighborhoods to start my search, calling agents and property management teams to get a understanding of the areas.
