Newbie from Denver-Metro Area

Hi BP Community,

My name is Dan and am new to real estate investing. My brother-in-law and I are starting to look into possible residential rentals. I am interested in buy and hold investing, no flipping. I hope by starting out young, I will one day create a more comfortable life for my wife and I down the road. I am here to try and learn from people who seem to be at all points of the spectrum when it comes to investing in real estate. I look forward to learning from you all.
