Great site - plenty to digest. Bidding for my first property in a couple days at sheriff sale. I work full time in IT and am pretty happy with the career, but after watching my fiance' transition to self employment, I am eager to explore opportunities. I am comfortable with the flipping avenue but see much to explore through fourms. Hope to have more to share soon.
