My brother and I are planning to go into Real Estate Investment, we are currently reading and studying the following books; Flip by Rick Villani and Clay Davis, Flipping Houses for dummies by Ralph Roberts, The E Myth by Michael Gerber and Launching a Leadership Revolution by Chris Brady and Orrin Woodward and How to flip a house in 5 simple steps by Michael LaCava.
We understand knowledge is the key to becoming successful real estate investors so any tips or advice, you would like to share with two New Yorkers please feel free.
