Hi folks - just getting started. I have IT background coupled with Real Estate (licensed agent). My focus right now is to find right properties that i can either keep it in my rental portfolio or fix and flip. I am looking forward to connect with you all to help where i can and learn from pros about in and outs of wholesaling.
