Chris, New to Real Estate Investing here in Phoenix AZ
My wife and I have lived here in Phoenix full time for 30+ years. I have been a member of PB for quite some time and haven't pulled the trigger on investing. We are now selling our home and are looking to finally start our dream of investing in properties. We would like to have multiple cashflow properties in the near future, but thinking that the place to start will be flipping to gain some good capital. I would like to know if there are some Veteran Investors in AZ that would like to meet up, either by phone or other, so we may get some Tips about our market here in AZ?
