I am a rookie investor in Utah, My wife and I are currently house hacking a single family home with a mother in law basement apartment, we are renting the upstairs to college students and we are living for free! I am really internet in the buy and hold strategy. I have been following BiggerPockets for some time now but I would love to start networking with some local real estate investors and help bring value to you while being able to learn from others.
