I live about an hour north of Houston, TX in Huntsville, and have been interested in RE for quite some time. I have a SFH locally that I rent (~6 years), and last year rolled my Roth into an SDIRA (with Guidant), which is currently invested through Hanover (if that means anything to you). I'm very pleased with it so far. I am interested in investing in notes, both through my SDIRA LLC and outside of it. I have specific questions about filing taxes for the UBIT on my IRA, as this is the first year I will have to file. I'll search the forums first.
