Hi, I’m newbie interested to learn about the German real estate market, I’ve been wondering how difficult it is to get close to 0% payment mortgage in Germany compare to the US.

Also, what are the requirements in order to get a mortgage in Germany?

Do you live in Germany?

For residents with a stable job and good income is possible. But you might need to pay the closing costs for your first properties.

For non residents, I have no idea, but there are other investors located in Germany in the forums.
