My gut is that I eventually will have to evict my current tenant for non-paying the rent, despite previous good landlord-tenant relationship with him.
He has not being paying the December rent, and not being communicating with me either. I tried to reach out, but to no avail. So the first day after the grace period, I sent him the 5 day notice.
