Los Angeles Real Estate Investing Advice

Hi all,

I am new to RE investing. I am looking to start in LA, specifically within the buy & hold of SFR. I was wondering if anyone had advice / insight on feasibility + deal finding. Many forum posts have been quite discouraging regarding LA given the high price barrier, low cap rates, and other general market conditions.
