Looking to buy in the Louisville, Ky Market

Hi Everyone, 

I've been looking around the country for a 20+ unit apartment building. With in the range of $1.1M - $1.6M. Louisville, KY has been coming up quite a bit for some interesting deals when running simple HUD fair market rents numbers. Does anybody know more information on this market? Is it growing, are people moving out? Are companies moving in or re-investing?
