New investor in Fargo, ND

Hello!  My wife and I are new investors in Fargo, ND.  We have been absorbing so much information especially on this forum and look forward to joining the next local meetup group!

We recently paid off our mobile home and plan on putting that up as a C4D so we can move into a duplex ready/close to renting or SFH that would qualify for something like 203k. Also looking to start a new banking relationship (moving from big bank) any recommendations in the FM area?

For local fargo lenders in commericial side I would go with gate city or Border (formely union state) banks. Darryl with GCB and Jordan with Union are great people.  If residential than have used US bank with 15% before.  Good luck!
