Denver flip quick tip
Hey everyone, I’m new here but a podcast big fan for the last year. I live in Europe and I invested here, but the numbers are a bit different from the US :)
Looking to invest in a flip, so any tips or advice about Denver are highly appreciated...
I would like to know more about areas, good-bad neighborhoods, which one to avoid, what`s a good way to find deals...Anything that might help me...:)

You really need boots on the ground here in Denver if you are going to make it work. Vail is a bit far. I'm buying anywhere and everywhere I can find a deal. Our inventory is terrible with no signs of getting better.
