Hello, all. I've been a lurker for a bit and decided to take the plunge and join up. So many questions to ask...
I have yet to actually move on my desire to rehab and sell, but I'm doing my due diligence in learning what I can before I dive in.
I'm a contractor and remodeling specialist and have recently been approached by a real estate professional to possibly team up on rehabbing. I'll be the GC and he will be the money man.
Hopefully, very soon I will be showing off my first deal.
