Hi everyone, I'm Sam a newbie investor located in Central Jersey. Currently, I'm looking for my first house hack in the same area while also looking to learn more about real estate investing. I'm hoping to slowly achieve financial freedom with real esate. Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Excited to meet my fellow NJ investors!

@Samuel Czachor House Hacking is a great strategy.  My wife and I spent 5 years doing it until we finally move into our "forever" home last year. Happy to share whats working and what to avoid in the market.
