First post introduction!
Hello everyone, my name is Edwardo and I feel like I found a gold mine joining this community. I have been listening to Bigger Pockets on YouTube for some time now, usually when I run. During the lockdowns I was reading and watching different subjects and strategies for real estate investing. I honestly can't wait to actually put this knowledge into practice. My assets consist of my hard work, desire for knowledge and a VA home loan. I'm currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in business Management for personal reasons. Hopefully we all get to host events and network with one another in Sothern California very soon. I'm surprised you made it this far, anyways have a good one!
