Hello all!

I was sucked in invited to join BP by my good friend Brandon Turner several months ago. I've been following the blog and podcast for awhile now, and recently decided it's time to jump in a little deeper.

I live (and hope to invest) in the Minneapolis area. I'm looking for my first multiplex to owner-occupy for some rental income within the next 12 months. Great listings on the MLS are gone within hours, so I would appreciate any and all advice on other avenues to pursue!

I love numbers, being creative, and working smart and am looking forward to being a part of the BP community.
