Hi All!

I have been a member for quite some time but never been more active than the past few months. It's about time I formally introduced myself and did a post! I'm Jose Enage also called JM and I come from Richmond, B.C. I have been in the background most of the time - listening, learning and privately messaging some of you like @Curt S, Ali B, Sharon V, Brian G, Marco S, Brandon T --And I have been getting a lot of value from this community of friendly, helpful and wonderful professionals. Thank you!

I'm relatively a newbie especially with multi-family homes, private lending/HMLs, direct mail and have activated my keyword alerts. I do hope to break the ice into the U.S. market (Atlanta/San Antonio/Indianapolis) and get my first deal --whether wholesaling (cash) or B&H (cash flow). In intend to do both (one to fund the other) so I can ultimately retire and have more time with family. The challenge is building the local power team, funding and generating massive deal flows. This BP community appears to be a real enabler to me.

I am humbled by the richness of professionals, talents, wisdom and experience in this BP community.
