Intro/ my first deal
Hello I’m Nick I discovered BiggerPockets a year ago and have listened to every BP real estate podcast. This year I sold my first home, located in central WI. I held it for a little over 2 years, and completely rehabbed it myself, lots of sweat equity and important lessons. Since it’s sale I have been traveling with my significant other who is a traveling nurse, and I’ve been working as a independent-contractor in Saint Petersburg Florida. Her next contract is going to be in Rocky Mount NC and I’d love to connect with people in either place!
