Newbie from Dallas
Hello Everyone!
My name is Nick Pittari and I am a new real estate investor from Dallas. I have been reading the forums, blogs, and listening to the BiggerPockets podcast (awesome podcast by the way! Quiiiiiiccck Tiiiiiiip!) for a few months now and decided to jump in.
I have only been a year out of school and am currently working for a commercial real estate developer here in Dallas as a real estate analyst. I really enjoy my work and I look forward to starting my own real estate investing business on the side while I continue to learn and grow at my job.
I'm looking to focus on being a buy and hold real estate investor. I want to start with single family residences and work my way up to apartment buildings. I really like the idea of passive income streams.
I look forward to interacting with all the great members of the BP community. The wealth of knowledge I have gained so far has been invaluable. I'm excited to continue learning and get to know everyone!
