Out of Country/non US Investors operating in in US RE

Hello All here!

My name's Arturo, Italian currently living in Turkey for work. I started few months ago my LCC and my bank account is up and running but I'm completely new to the US REI (running few rentals in Italy, but totally different game there) and I'm sure here is where I can find like-minded people (investors, agents, realtors, property managers, lenders etc) to get all the support I look for.

I drop on the table the first two questions popping up in my mind:

1. are there other out of Country/non US Investors in the Group or anyone who walked down this very same path before me?

2. is there any way to get any kind of credit/loans, not having myself any credit history in US? I'm currently investigating the possibility to apply for a credit card....not the easiest thing in the world (from the distance) but challenges never scared me. If you have advice, just shoot.

I look forward to knowing as many of you as possible, learning a lot of stuff from the best and creating my own Portfolio in your beautiful Country.

Thank you everyone!
