Investment in Central Florida

Hello,

I've already invested in a couple of multifamily in TX, but i would like to explore opportunities in Central Florida (single or multifamily). I'm interested to connect with existing investors and hear about the most popular areas for long term investments. I would consider short term rentals but this is not my main focus at the moment.
