Hello everyone! My name is Maxwell and I am a young man from the beautiful (and expensive) pacific northwest of Washington. I have recently been reading and watching everything I can on real estate and I truly am infatuated. Why does anybody pursue any other career? Anyway, I am learning at the moment how to flip and manage rentals, I will implement that knowledge after I finish my business associates at the end of this summer and flip until I can pay for enough rentals to retire. I am glad to be here.
