I have been reading and listening to this site for about a month and am very impressed with all the good, free information available. I have owned 3 comm. bldgs for several years and have recently retired. I am interested in acquiring a few multi-family units in my area, if I can get the numbers to work. If I have any questions, this will be the first place I will look foe the answers.
