Hey there BP! I'm a new member from Chicago, my name is Igor and I have experience in multifamily investing. I also hold a real estate managing broker's license and looking to connect with like minded investors in Chicagoland. I'm focusing on multifamily buildings currently, although I have experience with condos and smaller two/four unit buildings.
