Looking to get some help

I am new to real-estate and have been working with some agents to get my first duplex. I have been looking into wholesaling and have a good idea of how I need to go into the process to get my first whole sale. I am missing one important part, I do not know what I need on the contracts with the the seller nor the buyer or know where to get the contacts. If someone could point me I the right direction or give me some of there insight that would be greatly appreciated. Thank you
