New to Bigger Pockets and Real Estate

Hi everyone my name is Nicki Shelton my husband and I are new to this site. We have been wanting some rental property's for a while now and we are just starting to get serious about investing. We have narrowed down what we would like along with the location. I have to say finding this website along with the podcast has been a game changer. We are learning so much and the feed back given in the forums is invaluable. I have ordered the rehab cost book to help figure cost of repairs. I'm all most over the fear threshold also know as " analysis paralysis" lol love that term! We are located in Fort Worth, Texas and I feel like there is lots to choose from. I'm hoping a duplex is an okay choice for a first property. Please share any thoughts you might have for a newbie. I look forward to connecting with many new like minded individuals in the future.

Thanks Nicki Shelton

Welcome to BP @Nicki Shelton! Getting over that analysis paralysis really is a hurdle, but it sounds like you are educating yourself well, so no need to worry.  Wishing you the best of luck with your investments, and hope to hear about them soon!
