New to Real Estate Investing
Hello, my name is Mike and I'm from Connecticut. I'm looking to start my real estate investing journey after spending the past year gaining knowledge through books and podcasts. Looking to meet other investors in CT. I am a strategic communications/digital marketing professional looking to get a duplex for a house-hack with the goal to flip shortly after and eventually own rentals so I can have enough passive income to escape the rat race. I'm wondering if anyone has experience owning multifamilies in Wallingford? Very excited to join the BP community!
