Looking for my first multifamily upstate, NY
Hi BiggerPockets family! I am currently taking the 75 hour course to become a real estate salesperson in my city (NYC). I just let go of my w2 part time job, next week is my last week. I have about 25k in savings and im looking to fund my first deal Ideally a multifamily property no more than 3 hours from where I live. Also looking to connect with other new investors interested in making deals. Cheers!
