New Investors from South Florida (Broward / Palm Beach Counties)

My wife and I are new investors located in South Florida. I am a management consultant by day, but am good with numbers and found BiggerPockets while reading about BRRRR. My wife is an interior designer and (recently) realtor with significant commercial & residential design / build experience.

We are looking to network and learn as much as possible about finding new deals, deal analysis, and managing our portfolio as we look for our first deal. We are sure we have plenty to learn about renovations as well, but design/build we have some skills already.
