New guy in the St. Petersburg/ Tampa area
Hi everyone! I am a beginner trying to find the best path for myself in real estate investing. I would like to make connections and build relationships that would allow me to learn and grow as a real estate investor.
I have been doing a lot of reading on here, listening to podcasts, and have recently started to attend a local REI meeting in St. Petersburg.
It is definitely overwhelming for a newbie to digest all of this information and actually take steps or take action, but I am doing my best to learn as much as I can.
Anyone here on BP investing in the Tampa/St. Pete area?
