Hello everyone.

I'm a newbie long-distance investor and I decide to start my business in Alabama.

I've found a nice deal at Clanton, AL which is a small city an hour from Birmingham.

I'm wondering if it's a good choice to do my first deal an hour far from the big city, where the market is not the same pace.

Also, anyone here has worked before in the Clanton area? I'd like to connect!

Every tip or advice will be appreciated.
