New to Real Estate and looking to connect in South Florida!
Hi BP! My name is James I am from Metro Detroit but living in South Florida (Fort Lauderdale). Real Estate investing has always been something on my mind but I always thought it I needed to be "more established" before I could buy property. After finding bigger pockets a couple weeks ago I have learned it is very possible to start right now and I have to take action. So as I have been consuming as much information as possible I am looking for any meet ups in the south Florida to connect and learn.
In the short term one of my goals is to buy my first property and do a "house hack".
I am excited to be apart of this community and appreciate any feedback.
