Transfer Duplex to an LLC

I'm wanting to transfer our Cleveland Heights duplex to an LLC. I called the bank and after 2 hours of speaking to several departments, requesting steps to transfer the property to an LLC, none could give me a firm answer. The suggestion was to refinance. Is there another way?
