Rental Property Income and Expenses
Hey Guys! My Name is Kyle Buchanan, I'm from Ontario Canada and was looking for some help with information on Rent and expenses. I'm very new to the whole retail investing and looking to improve my knowledge and purchase my first rental property. As a investor when we are renting a property out to renters we charge monthly rent, is the utilities included in the monthly rent or are they separate?
