Looking to get started with investment properties

Hi All,

Thanks in advance for your assistance. I will keep it short -

I am a newbie in the rental property investment group and currently looking to invest in a multi-family/single-family/townhome (up to $600K) with a decent cap rate (8% or more) and some upside appreciation potential.

I would like to keep it low-touch and willing to work with a property management company. I live in PA.
