Hello! As the title says, I'm new to BP and I want to introduce myself. My name is Nate, and I recently decided to start investing in real estate. I live in Norridge, inside but separate from Chicago in the northwest. I'm interested mostly in BRRRRing. If you are also new, you should consider replying to this post and introduce yourself too!

I would recommend you start listening to the Straigth Up Chicago Investor's Podcast that @Tom Shallcross and @Mark Ainley host. It has tons of local info for those of us who invest here in Chicago.
