Rachael,

I like your goals! 30 units sounds like a good plan and 3 years is feasible are you going to start with conventional loans getting (10) and then flipping them to a commercial blanket loan under an LLC or Trust? Do you plan on getting any MF 5+ properties or just stick with SFR 2-4 units...
