New to real estate investing. Bought my first tax lein in May and looking to expand my knowledge of flipping houses as well. I be ame interested when a local landlord of over 240 properties lied about a modular I wantedto rent. Made this single parent of 2 for the last 20 years mad enough to want to compete with him- so here I am.
