Hi everyone, I just stumbled onto this site by chance and am sure glad I did! Seems like there is a great deal of knowledge and experience being shared here and I would like to both learn and contribute as much as I can.
My partners and I have experience in both the Las Vegas, Arizona and Southern California markets. We are currently focused on Southern California, with a broad focus on both residential and commercial development and rehab projects.
At this moment we are looking for experienced brokers in the OC area for development opportunities. We are also interested in joint venture opportunities with the right partners.
