Hello everyone!

Ed Montero here, I have some experience flipping houses in Salt Lake City, Utah. Got out of the market in 07 and worked as a property insurance adjuster for many years. Ready to take the plunge and start a wholesaling operation in the next few weeks.

My plans are to start wholesaling, then move on to fix and flips and/or buy and hold (once I get enough capital, I won’t invest using debt)

I came across the biggerpockets podcast and found sound advice. Seems like a great network to be a part of.
