Hey guys I'm 22 work offshore and am trying to turn my extra time into real estate. I live around lafayette louisiana and been reading and learning all I can here on this site.
Are there any investors around here that could take me under their wing? I am a hard worker can help with manual labor in exchange to learn about investing, flipping, etc.
